St. Modwen continues delivery of industrial and logistics space in north Liverpool

St. Modwen has reached practical completion on its latest phase of development at Stonebridge Business Park in Liverpool.

As part of the third phase, a further 52,000 sq ft of speculative development has been delivered providing quality, well-located and flexible space – ideal for medium-sized industrial and logistics businesses.

Extending over 30-acres, the park is strategically located on the East Lancashire Road (A580) in north Liverpool, one of the city’s key arterial routes, and is in close proximity to junction 4 of the M57.

The well-established business park is already home a range of high-profile companies including DPD and UK Storage. Earlier this year, the park also welcomed NBM Contracting and Liverpool Lancashire Properties Ltd which both signed a five-year lease.

Earlier phases of development are also complete with 15,667 sq ft delivered at Stonebridge East and a further 65,482 sq ft at Stonebridge West. 34,000 sq ft of space is currently available.
