20th deal in 2009 takes Cranfield Technology Park to c.75% let

St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has completed the 19th and 20th lettings at Cranfield Technology Park, Milton Keynes. Unipath Ltd and QMatic have each taken 6,000 sq ft in Derwent House; an office building providing 20,000 sq ft and designed for multi-let occupancy. Together these deals take the Technology Park to 75 % let.

The two deals mark 20 lettings at Cranfield Technology Park in the past 10 months and highlight the continued interest from companies looking to benefit from the Park’s close relationship with and business support from Cranfield University. Businesses at the Park are able to make use of the business support and technical facilities provided by its partnership with Cranfield University.
