St Modwen expand to new London offices

St Modwen Properties PLC’s London office has moved to new premises at 28-29, Dover Street, London W1, to accommodate an expanding team handling £13 million per annum of the group’s rent roll and a burgeoning development programme.

The latest arrival to the team is Simon Rutter, a senior development surveyor, who transferred from St Modwen’s Stoke-on-Trent office. Mr Rutter, who has been with the company for more than three years, previously worked in St Modwen’s Birmingham headquarters.

Nick Doyle, St Modwen’s London director, said: “The majority of the existing development programme has been organically generated from holdings of town centre investments that are now producing development opportunities, in part fuelled by today’s planning environment.”
