St Modwen gains planning consent for expansion of Wigan Enterprise Park

St Modwen Ventures, an investment subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has been granted detailed consent to expand the 30-acre Wigan Enterprise Park with the development of a further 95,000 sq ft of industrial space.

Buildings of between 23,000 sq ft and 3,875 sq ft can be designed and constructed.

Some 350,000 sq ft is currently occupied by such companies as Joy Mining Machinery, RMS Distribution Ltd and Kitchen Foods.
