ST MODWEN GIVEN GO-AHEAD FOR FIRST PHASE OF STAFFORDSHIRE BUSINESS PARK

St Modwen has secured planning permission for the development of 51,500 sq ft of offices on its Blythe Vale Business Park on the eastern fringe of Stoke-on-Trent.

The first phase scheme is to comprise 18 two-storey self-contained Πfront door office units in six buildings. Sizes range from approximately 2,200 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft .

Blythe Vale Business Park is directly adjacent to the A50 providing a landscaped environment and excellent communication links.

Euan Lindsay, of St Modwen, said: “There is growing demand for quality offices at the smaller end of the size range with good car parking and access. We are confident this first phase will prove attractive to both the smaller businesses and as regional offices for larger firms.

“We very much look forward to bringing the development forward as one which has been a long time in the making.”

Note to Editor:

Blythe Vale Business Park fronts on to the A50 at the eastern entrance to the Potteries conurbation. It has capacity to extend to over 100 acres for which outline consent was obtained some years ago, and eventually will straddle the A50 itself.
