ST MODWEN HELPS LOGISTICS FIRM TO EXPAND IN TELFORD

St Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, is helping the expansion of a logistics company by agreeing to relocate them from one of St Modwen’s Shropshire estates to another.

CML Logistics, currently occupies a 32,000 sq ft industrial unit at Audley Avenue Enterprise Park, Newport, has taken a ten-year lease on a 76,243 sq ft refurbished building on the 20-acre Brockton Business Park, Telford.

Some 114,000 sq ft of the 228,000 sq ft business park is occupied and there remains available approximately 90,000 sq ft of warehousing and 17,000 sq ft of offices.

Jonathan Green, development surveyor, St Modwen, explained:

“CML Logistics have been tenants at Audley Avenue for five years and by enabling them to move on flexible terms and at a competitive rent we have provided them with the platform to expand their business. CML are moving into premises formerly let to Telford Foods.”

He added: “There remains 100,000 sq ft in Building 1 available to buy or rent, competitive office space plus a four acre development plot for sale. Firms are still in the market for the type of space offered at Brockton and the joint agents are following up a number of strong enquiries .”
