St. Modwen Homes accelerates growth with the appointment of Regional Managing Director South
St. Modwen Homes has appointed Jeremy Attwater as Regional Managing Director South, following continued success and growth within the business, and the regionalisation of the commercial team.
With a vast amount of experience in the housebuilding sector, Jeremy joins St. Modwen Homes following his time as Managing Director at Jones Homes Southern Ltd and previously for Barratt David Wilson and Antler Homes as Commercial Director.
In his new role, Jeremy will be part of the Homes Board alongside Martin Install, Regional Managing Director North, and will oversee St. Modwen Homes’ strategic direction across the South East and South West, which includes more than 15 existing and upcoming new home developments.
