ST. MODWEN HOMES CELEBRATES A STAR STUDDED PERFORMANCE
St. Modwen Homes, the housebuilder behind the new homes at Hilton Valley in Derbyshire, has recently been awarded a 4* customer service rating from the House Builders Federation (HBF).
The accreditation has been given following results from an independent survey which showed that 89.7% of homebuyers would recommend St. Modwen Homes to a friend.
Dave Smith, Managing Director at St. Modwen Homes, said: “We are extremely proud to have received a four star rating in our first year of taking part in the HBF’s survey. Building on this success, we are now striving to attain a five star rating over the next 12 months, which requires a 90% recommendation rate, so we are already well on our way to achieving this.”
The survey was conducted by the HBF over a 12 month period between 1st October 2014 and 30th September 2015 and asked St. Modwen Homes customers how satisfied they are with the quality of their new home.
The HBF ratings are the benchmark for housebuilders as they are based solely on an independent survey of home buyers. The customer satisfaction survey was launched in 2005 and is analysed by the NHBC (National House Building Council) whose primary purpose is to raise the construction standards of new homes in the UK.
Alongside the four star rating, St. Modwen Homes has also been awarded a Gold Star rating for 92% customer satisfaction from research specialist In-House Research.

Our aim is to make the house buying process as stress-free as possible and customer service and satisfaction plays a big part in this.”
