St. Modwen Homes celebrates milestone in Swansea
The construction team at St. Modwen Homes’ Hendrefoilan Park development in Swansea is celebrating after being recognised for its pledge to improve the image and reputation of the construction industry.
The site, off Gower Road in Sketty, has been announced as the 100th development St. Modwen has registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS), a voluntary commitment which is designed to encourage best practice at construction sites to keep staff and visitors to the development safe, limit the impact of construction on the environment and respect the local community.
The scheme is highly regarded throughout the industry as the ‘go to’ organisation to support construction sites, companies, suppliers and clients in raising their standards and best practice above and beyond statutory requirements. The team was awarded with a certificate to mark the occasion, as well as a banner to display at Hendrefoilan Park.

It’s also proof of the commitment St. Modwen Homes has to continually raise its standards and share best practice throughout the supply chain.
