ST. MODWEN HOMES ‘COMING SOON’ TO GLAN LLYN
National housebuilder, St. Modwen Homes is releasing its first phase of properties for sale at the 600 acre Glan Llyn development in Llanwern, Newport. The development brings the company’s range of spacious and quality homes to south Wales for the first time.
The 47 new St. Modwen Homes properties will comprise a range of two, three and four bedroom homes, with a number of properties overlooking the lakes and mature green landscape at the development. The first 10 homes have been released for sale this week giving house hunters the chance to view the new plans and make early reservations on their favourite plots.
