ST. MODWEN HOMES TO OPEN DOORS AT RADLEY PARK TO HOUSEBUYERS IN ST HELENS

St. Modwen Homes is giving housebuyers in St Helens the chance to visit its brand new homes at Radley Park next weekend.

The award winning national housebuilder will open the doors of its marketing suite and view home on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th September, giving potential buyers the opportunity to find out more about the development on Lowfield Lane.

In addition, the show home at Radley Park will be officially open for visitors on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th October. The show home will allow prospective purchasers to experience what living in a St. Modwen Homes property will be like, highlighting the spacious and modern features.

Radley Park is located adjacent to Waterside Village and will feature 161 family homes. Construction of the first phase of 39 homes is now well underway on a range of two bedroom mews, three bedroom semi-detached and three and four bedroom detached properties.

The site will also include affordable housing and substantial areas of public open space, complementing Waterside Village. Located on the outskirts of St Helens, Radley Park offers convenient transport links for commuters to Liverpool, Warrington and Manchester, with the M62 nearby.

Nick Whittingham, Land Director at St. Modwen, said: “The opening of the view home is a fantastic opportunity for potential buyers to find out more about the Radley Park development, which will bring much needed family homes to an area of St Helens that is currently undergoing a great transformation.

“The ongoing development, with its extensive areas of open space coupled with its close proximity to amenities and the M62, means it is becoming increasingly popular with families, couples and first time buyers alike, so we expect demand to be high. The first homes are expected to be ready for occupation this October, with the wider scheme completed by 2018.”

Benefiting from high quality fixtures and fittings, each house has a designer kitchen with premium brand appliances and sanitary ware. In addition, each property incorporates the features that St. Modwen Homes is renowned for, such as larger than average windows, higher than average ceilings and wider than average hallways.

Homes at the site will be available to buy using the government’s Help to Buy scheme, meaning purchasers will need a minimum deposit of just 5%.
