St. Modwen Homes

Home-hunters in Wantage are being given a sneak peak of a new development in the town after St. Modwen Homes released the first images of its homes at Kingsgrove.

The housebuilder is building 70 homes at the development at Crab Hill, including a range of three, four and five bedroom homes. They represent the first phase of a wider development of 1,500 homes, new sports pitches, open green space and community allotments.

The first homes at Kingsgrove are now available to buy from Carter Jonas Estate Agents in Oxford. An on-site sales centre will be launched at the development on August 18th, where prospective buyers will be able to take a look around two new showhomes, the Garnet and the Chichester, for the first time.

Head of Sales South for St. Modwen Homes, Catherine Jarrett, said: “Kingsgrove is really starting to take shape and it is exciting to be able to show people what the development will look like once complete.

“We’ve taken inspiration from the local area to ensure Kingsgrove fits well within its surroundings, with each home designed to offer enviable kerb appeal. The mix of homes has been selected to cater for everybody, from first-time buyers to large families looking for some extra space.

“We have received great interest from people looking to buy here already and we’re looking forward to welcoming guests to our sales centre and showhomes soon. We’re sure people will be impressed by what we have to offer.”

Every home at Kingsgrove has been designed with St. Modwen Homes’ philosophy of ‘light and height’ in mind. This means each property is built with higher than average ceilings and large windows throughout, to create bright, open spaces.

A range of three and four bedroom homes are now available to buy, with prices starting from £330,00 for a three bedroom home.
