ST. MODWEN IN MAJOR SOUTH COAST LETTING AS WDS EXPANDS HQ
WDS has expanded its headquarters at St. Modwen’s Discovery Court Business Centre in Poole by 19,306 sq ft in one of the biggest south coast lettings of the year.
The international Xerox company provides knowledge management, care automation and analytics services to wireless brands and providers across the globe. The new expansion has more than doubled its previous office space at Discovery Court from 12,089 sq ft to 31,395 sq ft.
The six acre Discovery Court site offers 70,000 sq ft of office space across three buildings, with landscaped gardens, extensive car parking and convenient links to major A roads and Bournemouth International Airport. It has recently benefited from an upgrade of the facilities including air conditioning, new carpeting throughout and the appointment of Dorset-based catering specialists Manna Kitchen as the onsite catering operator.
