St Modwen joint venture disposes of sheffield investment

Key Property Investments Ltd, a joint venture between St Modwen Properties PLC and Salhia Real Estate Co, of Kuwait, has sold its long leasehold interest in Eversure House, Sheffield, for £550,000 to Stralu Ltd & State

Custodial Services (CI) Ltd, the owners of the adjoining Moor Shopping area.

The premises, currently vacant, are located in Cumberland Street close to the Moor Shopping Centre, and were until recently let to a subsidiary of Carillion plc from whom St Modwen had negotiated a surrender.
