ST MODWEN LANDS PENNON

Pennon Properties has acquired a 356 sq m (3,821 sq ft ) unit on St Modwen Developments’ current speculative phase at its Walsall Enterprise Park development for £210,000.

This is the second occupier to move onto the 5,016 sq m ( 54,000 sq ft) phase which provides 13 individual units from 325 sq m ( 3,500 sq ft) to 539 sq m ( 5,800 sq ft ) with larger units available by amalgamation.

Ian Romano of St Modwen said: “With five more units currently under offer, half the space is taken and only five units now remain available.”
