St Modwen lets Bankfield House, Wolverhampton

Redman Heenan Properties Ltd, the investment subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has now fully let Bankfield House, Wolverhampton, with the letting of 2,346 sq m (25,254 sq ft) to the University of Wolverhampton.

The premises which the University are to use for teaching and administration, have been taken on a five-year lease, with a break at the end of 30 months, at an annual rent of £56,821 (£24.22 per sq m /£2.25 per sq ft) rising to £75,762 (£32.3 per sq m/£3 per sq ft) by the third year.
