St Modwen lets Cannock Unit to Finning (UK)

St Modwen Developments Ltd has completed its Orbital Five development at the Orbital Centre, Cannock, with the letting of a 2,833 sq m unit to Finning (UK) Ltd for storage and repair operation. The Major Caterpillar equipment distributor has taken a 15-year lease of the premises on institutional FRI terms, at an annual rent of £137,371.
