St. Modwen Logistics appoints a new Portfolio Management & Investment Director
St. Modwen Logistics is delighted to announce the appointment of Mike Roberts as Portfolio Management & Investment Director with effect from 1st November 2021.
Mike joins from Landsec and has industry wide knowledge, portfolio management experience, and exposure to delivering business and customer strategy projects underpinned with strong commercial acumen.
Mike is joining St. Modwen Logistics at an exciting time for the business as we look to advance our Big Box and Urban logistics portfolio growth ambitions, adding nearly 2m sq ft of floorspace to our portfolios on an annual basis, as well as, sourcing new complementary investment opportunities. Mike’s experience blended with his knowledge of investment and occupational markets will help us to maximise performance across our portfolios.”
