St Modwen makes summit sale in Maidenhead
St Modwen Properties PLC has completed the sale of an office investment in Maidenhead to a private investor for £545,000. The Summit, 2 Castle Hill, is a period building converted into small office suites totalling 353 sq m, which are let mainly on short-term leases.
