ST. MODWEN NAMED COMMERCIAL DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR 2018

St. Modwen was named ‘Commercial Developer of the Year’ at the Insider West Midlands Property Awards 2018.

Taking place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on Thursday 1st November, the awards looked at the developments transforming the skyline of the West Midlands.

This is a fantastic achievement by the Midlands and North team, which was recognised by the judges for its industrial and logistics schemes including Tamworth Logistics Park, Burton Gateway and Barton Business Park – including a bespoke manufacturing facility for automotive firm Grupo Antolin.
