ST MODWEN PLAN FURTHER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ON SUCCESSFUL WIGAN PARK

Planning consent  has been obtained by St Modwen for a further phase of industrial units on Enterprise Court, the extension of the successful 30-acre Wigan Enterprise Park where more than 30  companies are now located.

Construction of the  second phase of 33,000 sq ft in units from 2,500 sq ft is scheduled to begin in early 2008 and  follows the completion of the 51,000 sq ft first phase where recent lettings over 20,000 sq ft  have been concluded with Belle Green Construction, CMG public houses  and Donald Forbes .

A further 10,850 sq ft is in solicitors hands and units are available from 2,690 sq ft to 16,500 sq ft.
