ST. MODWEN PLANS NEW EMPLOYMENT DEVELOPMENT AT JUNCTION 10 OF THE M42

Local residents and businesses are being urged to drop into a public consultation event being held on Monday 3rd November at Dordon Village Hall to see proposals for a new employment development to be located south east of junction 10 of the M42.

Running from 3.30pm to 7.30pm, the consultation event will give any interested parties the chance to view the proposals and air their views before an outline planning application is submitted before the end of the year.

Richard Hickman, planning surveyor at St. Modwen, said: “Demand is high for units at what is already a highly popular business location. The shortage of stock in the area, coupled with high demand from both existing and new occupiers has encouraged us to develop proposals, which, if approved, would bring forward more employment opportunities.”

The public consultation is to take place from 3.30pm to 7.30pm at Dordon Village Hall on Monday 3rd November.
