St Modwen relocates HQ to Quinton Business Park

St Modwen Properties PLC has relocated its head office and Midlands regional team from Hagley Road, Birmingham, to Quinton Business Park alongside the M5 near Junction 3 on the south west side of the city.

The group which also has offices in London, Stoke-on-Trent, Warrington, Bristol and Leeds, has taken the 929 sq m (10,000 sq ft) second floor of Sir Stanley Clarke House, a 2,787 sq m ( 30,000 sq ft) office building named after St Modwen’s charismatic founder who died last year.

Derek West, who is responsible for the Quinton Business Park project, said: “We have moved to take advantage of the location’s excellent road communications which is of great assistance to our staff travelling around the West Midlands .”

St Modwen has submitted a planning application for a 4,645 sq m (50,000 sq ft ) third phase at the business park comprising three buildings following the success of the 4,645 sq m ( 50,000 sq ft ) second phase.

DTZ is the letting agent for St Modwen.
