St. Modwen, the developer leading the new 227-acre Kingsgrove scheme, will be revealing the plans for the new primary school at an information event being held on Thursday 13 September 2018 between 3pm – 7pm at The Beacon, Portway, Wantage.

Rob Draper, Development Director at St. Modwen, said: “The primary school is a key element of the scheme and we’re delighted at the prospect of delivering a brand-new school for Kingsgrove and the wider community.  We’ve worked closely with Oxfordshire County Council  to create a special place for learning that will enrich the lives of local children. We’d encourage everyone to come along to the information event anytime between 3pm and 7pm to find out more.”

Subject to planning permission being granted, St. Modwen hopes to start building the primary school in March 2019 ,with completion and handover to OCC for fit out July 2020 and the school opening September 2020.
