ST. MODWEN REVEALS STRONG DEMAND FOR SPACE AT SHRUB HILL

St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has revealed strong demand for space from business owners at its 10-acre Shrub Hill industrial scheme in Worcester.

In the last six months, deals worth in excess of £60,000 and totalling 18,376 sq ft of space have been signed. A strong pipeline of transactions have been agreed with further deal completions expected in the next couple of months.

Situated off Shrub Hill Road on the edge of Worcester city centre, St. Modwen’s site adjoins Worcester Shrub Hill train station and Shrub Hill Retail Park. In addition to its reputation as a sought after location for local businesses, the site includes an enterprise centre, which boasts provision of commercial space for start-ups and SMEs in the region.

Jonathan Green, development surveyor at St. Modwen, said: “Shrub Hill continues to be a consistently successful industrial estate, on account of its strategic location, secure managed environment and the range of units available.

“The fact that we have completed so many deals on the site over the last six months is testament to the scheme’s popularity and also to the appetite and confidence of the local business community. In addition to new lettings, we are expecting to see renewals on over 28,000 sq ft involving current tenants in the next few months.”

A range of commercial units are still available at Shrub Hill, ranging from small starter units of 400 sq ft to 7,900 sq ft. For more details, contact Jonathan Green at St. Modwen on 0121 222 9400.
