ST. MODWEN SECURES LAST OFFICE DEAL AT TRIDENT BUSINESS PARK, WARRINGTON

St Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has achieved a major success at its 17 acre Trident Business Park, Warrington, where it has attracted an IT/Network specialist firm to relocated its North West operations to the landmark 6,900 sq ft Brighton House – the last office building in the current development phase.

Logicalis UK Ltd’s search for prominent new regional offices led it to take the standalone two-storey Brighton House on a 10 year lease at £101,277 per annum.

The IT/Network specialist will be situated next to the construction company, Globe Construction, which decided to buy one of the office units it was building for St. Modwen for its own occupation last year.
