St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has agreed a three year lease with NHS Blackburn with Darwen Clinical Commissioning Group for 6,000 sq ft of office space at Evolution Park in Blackburn.

Around 50 members of staff will be working at the site, based in Fusion House, which is part of the first phase of the Evolution Park development. The Park is now 90% let, with existing tenants including Lancashire Care Foundation Trust & Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council.

Roger Parr, Chief Finance Officer at the NHS Blackburn with Darwen Clinical Commissioning Group, said: “The location was a key factor when choosing a site for our offices so we are delighted to agree a lease with St. Modwen at Evolution Park. We have been very pleased with the service and tailored made solution provided by St. Modwen, which ensured a smooth and swift transition to our new offices.”

Steven Knowles, North West Regional Manager at St. Modwen, said: “I am delighted that we continue to secure new tenants at Evolution Park. Our flexible and accommodating approach to new lettings means that we are able to secure new occupiers, notwithstanding the challenging market conditions.”

Evolution Park is well located within half a mile of Junction 5 of the M65, close to the Royal Blackburn Hospital. On completion, the Park will provide up to 250,000 sq ft of business, light industrial and research and development units.
