St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist has successfully let a 4,500 sq ft office unit at Prescot Business Park, Merseyside.

Leading security company ADT has signed a five year lease on the building which will house its north west operation in a secure, modern environment opposite the Cables Retail Park and close to the town centre.

The deal represents the latest in a series of lettings at Prescot Business Park in the last year with businesses including Profile Interiors, Heat 2000 and Nikki Thomas Developments all securing leases at the 12-acre site.

Steven Knowles, Development Director at St. Modwen said: “ADT’s relocation to Prescot Business Park is further evidence of the attraction of the development to businesses within Merseyside, Lancashire and Cheshire. Interest in the development remains strong as we provide occupiers with an opportunity to expand their business in an excellent location.

“Prescot Business Park, with its fantastic access to the motorway network, falls within an area which benefits from ‘Selective Finance for Investment’ through Knowsley Council, making it an attractive location for SME’s.”

With a track record of delivering high quality business accommodation and a property portfolio in excess of 4 million sq ft covering the region, St. Modwen was chosen as the preferred developer by Knowsley Council in 2006 to develop Prescot Business Park in three phases.

Units at the site are available for sale/to let and more information can be found at or by contacting the Liverpool office contracting agent Richard Ellis on 0151 227 4611
