ST. MODWEN SECURES NEW TENANTS AT TRIDENT BUSINESS PARK
Trident Business Park in Birchwood is going from strength to strength after St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, secured a string of new lettings.
Print firm United Carlton, scaffolding company Global Platforms and automotive firm ACSpeedtech Ltd have all agreed three year leases with St. Modwen and will collectively take 17,500 sq ft of space. The three firms are the latest local businesses to take space at Trident Business Park, which is also the regional base for St. Modwen, bringing 60 new jobs to the area.
The lettings follow the recent 10-year lease of a 6,820 sq ft office to Communicate Better, which will relocate from Swindon and use the site as its new head office.
Trident Business Park is a 17-acre development providing industrial and office accommodation. The site, which is owned and developed by St. Modwen, is the home to Sharp Electronics, GE Energy, Triton Construction and Technomot. Since 2009, St. Modwen has welcomed 13 new tenants to the new build units at the rear of the estate, which was previously unoccupied. There are now only three new build units remaining at the site.
Steven Knowles, North West Regional Director at St. Modwen, said: “Trident Business Park is a key site is our existing North West Portfolio, offering quality office and industrial space. It is conveniently located between Manchester and Liverpool with good transport links via the M6 and M62, and so we are seeing increasing interest from businesses looking for strong accessibility. These recent deals demonstrate our flexible and accommodating approach to new lettings, as well as the improving market conditions in the region.”
