ST. MODWEN SECURES NEW TENANTS AT TRIDENT BUSINESS PARK

St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has secured two new lettings at Trident Business Park in Birchwood.

Direct Online Services Limited and 4 Your Home Limited have both agreed five year leases with St. Modwen and will collectively take 9,105 sq ft of space. The two firms are the latest local businesses to take space in the 15 new build units, which are now more than 90% let, at Trident Business Park, also the regional base for St. Modwen’s team in the North West. 

In addition, Rap-Ex Couriers Limited and FMS Interior Services Limited, which are both already based at Trident Business Park, have taken additional space due to business expansion plans.

Trident Business Park is a 17-acre development providing industrial and office accommodation. The site is conveniently located between Manchester and Liverpool, offering good transport links via the M6 and M62. St. Modwen has now welcomed 14 new tenants to the new build units on the estate, with only one unit remaining.
