ST. MODWEN SECURES TWO NEW OCCUPIERS AT GREAT WESTERN BUSINESS PARK, WORCESTER

St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has completed two deals, totalling 17,637 sq ft, at its 23-acre Great Western Business Park, Worcester.

Fresenius Medical Services, the world’s largest provider of dialysis products and services, has acquired the long leasehold of a 10,060 sq ft unit for £100 per sq ft. Whilst SPAL Automotive UK Limited, a supplier of parts to the automotive industry, has taken a 7,577 sq ft office on a 10 year lease at £5.50 per sq ft.

Fresenius will use the premises for its independent dialysis services which will care for kidney patients in Worcester. Reflecting the company’s growth to date and its future expansion plans, SPAL Automotive UK Limited is set to relocate from its current premises at Brindley Court to a larger, newly completed unit at the Business Park,.

Both companies have taken the space within the first development phase at the £10 million Business Park which comprises a total of 110,000 sq ft across six blocks of industrial units. The units range in size from 2,218 sq ft to 14,703sq ft and have been designed to suit a range of uses, from classic distribution and light manufacturing to service businesses.
