St Modwen sell another plot at Moorgreen Business Park

St Modwen Developments Ltd, the development subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has sold a 0.68 acre plot on its Moorgreen Business Park, Moorgreen, Nottinghamshire, to an electrical contractor for a new headquarters.

D H Fathers & Sons of Nottingham, is to build new offices and warehousing on the site which was sold for the equivalent of £100,000 an acre.

Two further plots are in solicitors hands.
