St Modwen sell Dartford Business Park Unit

St Modwen Developments Ltd, the development subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has sold a 150 sq m (1,615 sq ft) unit on Swan Business Park, Dartford, to Interlink Scientific Services for £150,000.

Negotiations are progressing for the sale of the remaining available three units totalling 1,136 sq m (12,230 sq ft) on the 4,170 sq m (44,887 sq ft) park.
