St. Modwen sells another Coombs Wood office development

St Modwen has sold a new semi-detached two-storey new office building on its 46-acre Coombs Wood Business Park, Halesowen, to EuroFreight Shipping Agencies Ltd for £301,000.

The 2,050 sq ft comfort-cooled office is part of a speculative phase of five office buildings totalling 13,000 sq ft , which nestle in a carefully landscaped environment with vistas over the canal and which will be completed in the autumn.

Two of the other office buildings are already under offer.
