Alastair Smith of St Modwen, said: “We are pleased to have secured Axair and expect that they will find the site is as convenient for them as Hoppecke Batteries have done. The style of the units is ideal for manufacturing operations as well as for distributors and that, added to very competitive pricing, makes them an extremely attractive proposition.”
