St Modwen sells industrial premises in Burton-on-Trent

Redman Heenan Properties Ltd, the investment subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has disposed of its freehold interest in industrial premises at Park Road, Stanton, Burton-on-Trent to a private investor for £145,000.

The 803 sq m (8,643 sq ft) premises on 2.1 acres are let to Lodge Sturdevant Ltd at a rent of £15,500 per annum on a lease with four and a half years

unexpired. St Modwen acquired the property as a part of a portfolio from British Coal in August 1997.
