St Modwen sells offices in Redditch

St Modwen Developments Ltd, the development subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has sold its long leasehold interests in two office units at The Oaks, Clewes Road, Redditch.

A 109 sq m (1,176 sq ft) unit has been sold to the adjoining occupier, M-Tech Computers Ltd for expansion of its business for £120,000.

Surgicraft Ltd bought 210 sq m (2,267 sq ft) offices for £235,000.
