St Modwen sells site for Vauxhall Employees Car Park
St Modwen Developments Ltd, the development subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has sold 1.5 acres of steeply sloping amenity land at its Prospect Park development in Luton to Vauxhall Motors for £300,000.
