St Modwen sells Solihull health and leisure club investment

St Modwen Properties PLC has sold the recently completed 1,208 sq m (13,000 sq ft) Fitness First premises adjacent to Solihull Ice Rink to a private investor for £1.45 million.

The new health and leisure club is part of the major refurbishment of the ice rink complex which St Modwen has been undertaking. The complex incorporates, in addition to the ice rink, a snooker club and a fast-food operation Meltdown, and three new restaurants which are opening later this year.
