ST. MODWEN SHORTLISTED FOR THREE AWARDS AT INSIDER’S LIVERPOOL CITY REGION PROPERTY DINNER 2018

St. Modwen is delighted to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for three awards at the Insider Liverpool City Region Property Dinner for Developer of the Year, Property Deal of the Year and Commercial Development of the Year.

In the event’s third year of featuring an awards programme, the categories have been expanded to include the Commercial Development of the Year award, for which we have two nominations.

The first is for Great Homer Street in Liverpool, and the second for the investment we have made in the redevelopment of Crosby Village Centre.

Securing Morrisons as an anchor tenant for Kirkby Town Centre has seen us shortlisted for Property Deal of the Year.

Over the past year our Warrington-based team has been hugely successful in the region, helping us deliver on our promises, values and helping towards our nomination for Developer of the Year, which we won at last year’s awards.

We truly believe that we are the best at what we do, having confidence in our successes and consistently maintaining our company values. We’re really looking forward to the award ceremony in June and wish all other shortlisted the best of luck.

The winners will be revealed at a black-tie dinner being held at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool on June 7th.
