ST. MODWEN SIGNS JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT ON 50 ACRE SITE IN EVESHAM
St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has signed a joint venture development agreement for a 50 acre site in Evesham.
The site, which lies to the south of the town, adjacent to the A46 and adjoining Vale Business Park, has been earmarked as an ideal location for an employment-led scheme consisting of a variety of units for local, regional and national businesses.
The joint venture development agreement was signed with land owners Christ Church Oxford and John Martin’s Charity and could see the creation of a high quality development that will benefit from excellent transports links, including close proximity to the M5 motorway.
Peter Rudd, senior development surveyor at St. Modwen: “We are pleased to have signed a development agreement with Christ Church Oxford and John Martin’s Charity that will enable us to focus on the creation of an employment-led development, helping to realise opportunities in a prime location to the south of Evesham.
“The site offers excellent transport links via the A46 and the M5 and subject to planning will provide an ideal location for local businesses, creating new employment opportunities and providing an economic boost to the area.”
