St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist and owner of Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre, has signed a deal with the London School of Management and Science. The college has taken the entire fourth floor totalling 8,236 sq ft of Hannibal House, the office building above the shopping centre.
The deal is another success story for Hannibal House which is now 100 per cent occupied.
London School of Management and Science (LSMS), a BAC accredited institution, offers a range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional courses in Business, Management, Accounting and Computing. The college is a partner institution of GlyndÌÉåµr University (University of Wales) and has over 600 students.
James Stockdale, development manager at St. Modwen, said: “The London School of Management and Science has recognised the benefits of the centre with its variety of facilities as well as its excellent transport links. Hannibal House provides the ideal location in London’s Zone One for organisations looking to develop their businesses.”
