ST. MODWEN STRENGTHENS NORTH TEAM WITH NEW APPOINTMENT

The Leeds office of St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has strengthened its team with the appointment of Asset and Development Manager, Paul Brustad.

In his new role, Mr Brustad will be responsible for driving asset management across the North, as well as progressing the regeneration of prominent retail sites, such as Waterdale Shopping Centre in Doncaster.

A Chartered Surveyor, Mr Brustad brings with him almost a decade of experience in the property market, having previously worked for Eddisons Commercial Limited in Leeds, where he carried out advisory, asset management and valuation work across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the North East.

He said: “We have seen sustained improvement in the regional commercial property market across Yorkshire and the North East during the first half of the year so this is an exciting time to be joining the St. Modwen team in Leeds. The company has an excellent reputation as a regeneration expert, and I look forward to working with the team to add value to the existing portfolio of income-producing properties.”
