ST. MODWEN SUBMIT PLANS FOR FINAL PHASE AT QUINTON BUSINESS PARK, BIRMINGHAM
St. Modwen has submitted a planning application for the final phase of its 18 acre Quinton Business Park situated adjacent to junction 3 of the M5.
The UK’s leading regeneration specialist has submitted a detailed planning application to Birmingham City Council for a 66,000 sq ft warehouse unit, to be known as Q66, suitable for storage, distribution and general industrial uses together with parking.
Peter Rudd, Development Director at St. Modwen, said: “This final phase of development at Quinton Business Park will reinforce the strength of the existing development and demonstrates our continued commitment to invest in the region. We believe the development and its location will be of interest to a wide range of regional and national logistics operators.
“Quinton Business Park is located in an ideal strategic location for storage, distribution and industrial warehousing due to its proximity to junction 3 of the M5 and routes to the M6, M42 and Birmingham International Airport and International Rail Station.”
The planning application has now been submitted and could mean completion of the unit by Summer 2018.
Colliers Birmingham are the letting agents on behalf of St. Modwen.
