St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has supported an existing tenant at its Audley Avenue Enterprise Park in Newport to expand to larger premises on the site.

Contemporary Garden Rooms, an offshoot of a bespoke carpentry business that has been established for over 20 years, has moved into a larger new unit at the industrial estate nearly tripling its size.

The business, which previously occupied 1,820 sq ft of space at the Park, has signed a three year lease on Unit 17, representing 5,223 sq ft of accommodation.

Contemporary Garden Rooms manufactures, builds and installs contemporary garden rooms, providing a bespoke service to an expanding client base across the country. The move to larger premises will enable it to expand further, with plans to employ a number of new staff.
