St Modwen to build major complex for Staffordshire Police

Stoke-on-Trent Regeneration Ltd , the joint venture between St Modwen Properties PLC and Stoke-on-Trent City Council, is to build a major new centralised custody complex for Staffordshire Police at Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent. The high-tech complex represents an investment of more than £6 million by Staffordshire Police and will combine existing custody facilities for Stoke and North Staffordshire.

The 40-cell complex has been designed to complement the business park development with more than 16,722 sq m (180,000 sq ft) of business space
