ST. MODWEN WELCOMES ANOTHER OCCUPIER TO MELTON PARK, HULL
St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has leased a 4,500 sq ft office building to local construction company R and S (Hull) Limited on a 10 year lease at its 116 acre Melton Business Park in Hull.
R and S (Hull) Limited is the latest of several occupiers to take up space within the 100,000 sq ft first phase of Melton Park which comprises 75,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation and 25,000 sq ft of offices. Three office units now remain, ranging from between 3,004 sq ft to 10,108 sq ft and a third of the industrial units have already been let or sold.
St. Modwen’s success at Melton Park does not stop with the first phase of office and industrial accommodation. Adjacent to this, the regeneration specialist is also building a 30,000 sq ft storage and distribution facility which it has pre-sold to East Riding of Yorkshire Council and expects to complete in the Summer.

Melton Park has the potential for providing up to two million sq ft of accommodation and employment opportunities for up to 3,000 people.
