ST. MODWEN WELCOMES NEMESIS TO GREAT WESTERN BUSINESS PARK, WORCESTER
Regeneration specialist St. Modwen has agreed a 10-year lease for the 7,291 sq ft unit at Great Western Business Park, Worcester with technology company Nemesis GB.
A leader in the importer and distributor of mobile technology equipment and parts for the vehicle manufacturing industry, Nemesis has relocated from nearby Pershore following substantial success over the last year.
The unit benefits from the 23-acre Great Western Business Park’s key location, just three miles from Junctions 6 and 7 of the M5 in Worcestershire. The Park is also only five minutes from Shrub Hill station and is on the doorstep of Worcester City Centre.
Julie Rossiter, senior asset manager for St. Modwen, said: “We are thrilled to have followed up the recent letting to Andrew Page with a further one to Nemesis GB. It is great to see a local company that is building up a strong national client base selecting this development because of its offering of modern properties being in synergy with the high-tech products which it sells.
“By providing quality new industrial storage and warehouse space in a secure business park environment, Great Western Business Park has hit the mark with new tenants and our focus for 2011 is to continue to liaise with potential occupiers for the last two units.”
A leader in the automotive communications technology industry since its establishment in 1997, Nemesis is a major importer of communications equipment throughout the UK.
Chris Chance, managing director, Nemesis, said: “The location and facilities at Great Western Business Park are outstanding and as a distribution hub, the connection to the UK’s main transport networks was a huge incentive. The units are of exceptional quality and we are extremely pleased to have secured what I am sure will prove to be an outstanding location.”
Demand for space at Great Western Business Park has been high, with 16 of the Park’s 18 units – which comprise the first phase of the development – now sold or let to tenants, with the 8,533 sq ft unit 401 and 9,124 sq ft unit 501 still available.
