St. Modwen welcomes new occupier to key industrial and logistics site in Avonmouth

St. Modwen has attracted a new tenant to St. Modwen Park Access 18, its popular £260 million industrial and logistics site in Avonmouth, Bristol.

Marshalls, a supplier of high-quality natural stone and concrete products has taken 10,260 sq ft on a 10-year lease. The wider scheme set to create more than 2,200 jobs once complete.

More than 1m sq ft of warehouse and industrial space has been delivered at St. Modwen Park Access 18. The scheme accommodates businesses including Ocado Retail, Hermes Parcelnet, Peugeot and leading healthcare distributor Movianto.

Sitting adjacent to Junction 18 of the M5, the site is a stone’s throw from Avonmouth Docks and is located within a four-hour drive of nearly 80% of the UK’s population.

Access 18 provides exceptionally well-located, flexible working space with a variety of units for businesses of all scopes and sizes.
