St Modwen’s first lettings at Newport Enterprise Park

Redman Heenan Properties Ltd, the investment subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has let several units at its Audley Avenue Enterprise Park, Newport, Shropshire, which it acquired earlier this year from BTR Property Holdings Ltd.

Three units comprising 3,468 sq m (37,334 sq ft) have been let to Denios Ltd, a subsidiary of Denios AG, as its UK headquarters for the manufacture of environmental safety and storage equipment. Denios has taken a six-year lease at a rent rising to £82,000 per year.

Freightroute Ltd has taken a five-year lease on a 813 sq m (8,750 sq ft) transport depot at an annual rent of £25,000. Alan Morgan Commercials has been let a 169 sq m (1,820 sq ft) unit at a rent of £4,500 per year.

Classic Furniture (Newport) Ltd has taken a five-year lease on 650 sq m (7,000 sq ft) for storage, at an annual rent of £14,000, and Coolmovers Ltd is renting a 830 sq m (8,940 sq ft) warehouse on a five-year lease, with a three-year break at an annual rent of £25,250.
